Our client is seeking a Vice President of Digital Information Security to join their team and work closely with executive leadership, IT teams, and stakeholders to shape and execute a unified approach to information security. The VP will report directly to the Chief Information Officer and be responsible for defining the strategic vision and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization's information security program. This role is critical in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all digital information assets across the organization, safeguarding data and infrastructure against evolving cyber threats.The ideal candidate for this position will be a security leader with a multimodal approach to risk management, capable of designing and scaling security frameworks and teams to support new products and innovation teams. They must be able to embed security expertise directly within these teams to enable speed and innovation while still preserving accountability to established security policies and standards. The VP must balance speed and experimentation with sound risk judgment to ensure that innovation does not outpace the organization's ability to protect its systems, data, and customers.
