the client is building its first white-collar services platform in the property management space, starting from the ground up with a targeted roll-up strategy. the plan includes completing five to eight acquisitions in year one and scaling the business into a leading platform over time. To support this growth, the client is hiring a Vice President of Corporate Development to lead M&A execution and support sourcing efforts.
In this role, the Vice President of Corporate Development will own the deal process end-to-end, coordinating across stakeholders to ensure successful execution. The position will work closely with the CEO and sponsor, and partner with integration leaders to help shape strategy and scale the platform as it moves through its early stages.
The successful candidate will help drive a disciplined approach to acquisitions while supporting the sourcing function that feeds the pipeline. This role is expected to balance execution focus with strategic partnership, contributing to how the company identifies, evaluates, and integrates acquisitions to support long-term platform growth.
