The Vice President of Corporate Development will partner closely with the Chief Growth Officer and other executives to advance the company’s M&A and strategic growth agenda. This role will support the identification, cultivation, evaluation, and execution of acquisitions and other strategic initiatives aligned with long-term value creation.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining opportunities for strategic transactions, coordinating internal and external stakeholders through evaluation and decision-making processes, and helping drive the successful completion of acquisition and growth initiatives. The position is expected to contribute to long-term planning by ensuring corporate development efforts remain focused on value creation.
The Vice President of Corporate Development will work collaboratively across executive leadership to assess strategic fit, manage evaluation activities, and advance initiatives from early stages through execution.
