The client is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to partner closely with the CFO and other executives in advancing the company’s M&A and strategic growth agenda. This role will support the identification, cultivation, evaluation, and execution of acquisitions and other strategic initiatives focused on long-term value creation.
Key responsibilities include helping to develop and assess strategic opportunities, coordinating cross-functional work to evaluate potential transactions and initiatives, and supporting the execution of approved deals. The Vice President of Corporate Development is expected to collaborate with senior leaders to ensure activities align with the company’s overall strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate will have experience with multisite healthcare platforms. Experience supporting corporate development efforts, including the processes involved in evaluating and executing strategic initiatives, is expected to be a core part of the role.
