The client is hiring a Vice President of Business Development to lead deal sourcing and relationship development across a national footprint. This role will own business development efforts that support the client’s M&A-driven growth strategy and will have high visibility with executive leadership.

Key responsibilities include building a robust, proprietary deal pipeline and engaging directly with business owners. The Vice President of Business Development will drive transactions from initial outreach through agreement on key terms, helping shape deal opportunities through the business development process.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop and maintain high-value relationships and translate market opportunities into active transactions. This role is expected to combine strong deal sourcing capabilities with effective relationship management and the ability to guide deals through term negotiation to successful outcomes.
