The ideal profile is a luxury goods executive with strong experience in the US domestic market and a background spanning both sales and marketing. The candidate may come from luxury categories such as fashion, leather goods, jewelry, watches, or wine and spirits, and should have experience across wholesale and retail channels. Prior P&L management is required, with responsibilities expected to include leading performance against targets and overseeing key commercial activities.
Additional expectations include experience in e-commerce and digital marketing. The client values substantial senior experience in the prestige or luxury goods industry, and may favor candidates with previous senior leadership titles such as vice president, executive vice president, general manager, or country manager.
