The client is seeking a strategic and transformative Vice President, Human Resources for Asia Pacific & Middle East (APME). Based in Singapore, this critical leadership role will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will shape and drive the people agenda across a highly diverse and dynamic region.
As a key member of the regional leadership team, the role will lead transformation and culture change, drive organizational capability, and enable business growth through a contemporary, progressive HR operating model. The Vice President will act as a strategic advisor to regional leadership teams, partnering closely with global Centres of Expertise and People Services teams to deliver exceptional employee experiences and business outcomes.
This appointment calls for a seasoned, commercial HR leader with deep experience leading large-scale transformation and organizational change in complex, matrixed, global environments. Candidates should be able to operate as a true business partner with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for building high-performance, purpose-led cultures. A strong track record partnering with manufacturing businesses across APME markets is important, along with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across geographies and cultures; exposure to a contemporary HR operating model and international experience beyond APME are highly valued.
