The client is seeking a strategic and transformative Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific & Middle East (APME). This is a critical leadership role reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and shaping and driving the people agenda across a diverse, dynamic region. As a member of the regional leadership team, the vice president will help lead transformation and culture change, drive organizational capability, and enable business growth through a modern, progressive HR operating model.
The vice president will act as a strategic advisor to the regional president and leadership teams, partnering closely with global Centres of Expertise and People Services teams to deliver strong employee experiences and business outcomes. The role will require influencing and advising senior stakeholders across geographies and cultures, and supporting effective HR leadership in complex, matrixed environments where commercial and people priorities must align.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned, commercial HR leader with deep experience leading large-scale transformation and organizational change within global organizations known for HR excellence. A strong track record partnering with manufacturing businesses across APME markets is critical, along with proven ability to build trusted relationships and operate as a true business partner. Experience working internationally, including outside of APME, and exposure to contemporary HR operating models leveraging Centres of Expertise and People Services, is highly valued.
