Description

the client is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources for Asia Pacific & Middle East (APME). This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for shaping and driving the people agenda across a highly diverse and dynamic region. As a key member of the regional leadership team, the role will help lead transformation and culture change, strengthen organizational capability, and enable business growth through a contemporary, progressive HR operating model.

The Vice President, Human Resources will act as a strategic advisor to the regional President and leadership teams, partnering with global Centres of Expertise and People Services teams to deliver strong employee experiences and business outcomes. Responsibilities typically include delivering HR transformation, driving organizational effectiveness, and influencing people-related priorities aligned with the broader business agenda across complex, matrixed environments.

The ideal profile is a seasoned, commercially minded HR leader with deep experience leading large-scale transformation and organizational change in complex, global settings. The role requires a strong track record as a business partner, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across geographies and cultures. Experience partnering effectively with manufacturing businesses across APME markets is critical, and prior international experience—particularly outside of APME—is viewed favorably, as is exposure to a contemporary HR operating model that leverages Centres of Expertise and People Services teams.
