The client is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources for Asia Pacific & Middle East (APME) based in Singapore. This leadership role will involve shaping and driving the people agenda across the region, leading transformation and culture change, and enabling business growth through a progressive HR operating model. The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor to the regional President and partner closely with global HR teams to deliver exceptional employee experiences and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned HR leader with experience in leading large-scale transformation within global organizations. They must have a sharp commercial mindset and a passion for building high-performance cultures. Experience in partnering with manufacturing businesses across APME markets and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders from diverse backgrounds is essential. Exposure to a contemporary HR operating model and international experience will be advantageous.
