The client seeks an innovative, student-centered leader to serve as Vice President for Student Affairs. Reporting directly to the President and as a member of the President’s Cabinet, this role serves as the division’s chief student affairs officer and provides strategic leadership for advancing the full student experience.
The Vice President will help shape a vibrant, inclusive campus environment where students are known, supported, challenged, and inspired. The position will foster a culture that supports student voice, confidence, and purpose, and will align programs, services, partnerships, people, and resources to strengthen student success, engagement, health and well-being, and belonging, recognizing that learning occurs both inside and outside the classroom.
Guided by The client’s mission and the division’s vision, the Vice President will develop and implement a responsive strategy for student affairs and strengthen the existing student experience. The leader is expected to anticipate and respond to evolving learner needs, emerging trends in higher education, and changing expectations within the communities The client serves.
