The Vice President for Institutional Advancement will report directly to the President and collaborate with peers to enhance the mission of the college through fundraising and engagement efforts. This role will focus on sustaining and building upon fundraising success, diversifying revenue streams, strengthening alumni relationships, increasing the Wilson Fund, expanding planned giving, and serving as a visible representative of the college in the community. Additionally, the VPIA will utilize technology to deepen relationships with donors, partners, corporations, and foundations, while also addressing broader challenges in higher education and philanthropy.The ideal candidate will bring creativity, collaboration, and strategic vision to the role, with a proven track record in fundraising and engagement. They will have experience in growing revenue streams, cultivating relationships with alumni, and utilizing technology to enhance donor relationships. The VPIA will serve as a key ambassador for the college, working to advance its mission and address the evolving landscape of higher education and philanthropy.
