The Vice President for Institutional Advancement will be responsible for working closely with the President and peers to enhance the mission of the college through fundraising and engagement initiatives. This role will involve developing creative and strategic approaches to fundraising, diversifying revenue streams, and strengthening relationships with alumni. Key priorities include increasing the annual fund from $1.5 million to $2 million, expanding planned giving through the Conococheague Society, and serving as a visible representative of the college in the community. Additionally, the Vice President will be tasked with leveraging technology to enhance relationships with donors, community partners, corporations, and foundations.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in fundraising and engagement, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic initiatives. They should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The Vice President will play a crucial role in sustaining and accelerating fundraising momentum following a successful comprehensive campaign, and will be instrumental in driving the college's mission forward through innovative and impactful fundraising efforts.
