The Vice President of Institutional Advancement at our client will be responsible for leading fundraising efforts and developing philanthropic partnerships to support the mission of the historically black college. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in campaign development, major gift cultivation, and building strong relationships with donors who are invested in the University's future. They must demonstrate a genuine passion for the mission of HBCUs and be a strategic, collaborative leader who can drive the advancement efforts of the institution.The VPIA will play a key role in shaping the future of our client by securing financial support and fostering partnerships that will enhance the institution's impact and sustainability. They will work closely with the President, Board of Trustees, and other key stakeholders to develop and execute fundraising strategies that align with the University's goals and priorities. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the higher education landscape, a strong network of potential donors, and the ability to inspire others to invest in the mission and vision of our client.
