The client is seeking an accomplished, collaborative, and forward-thinking Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA) to serve as the institution’s Chief Financial Officer and trusted advisor to the President and the Board of Trustees. In this senior leadership role, the VPFA will report to the President and help shape the organization’s financial strategy and decision-making during a period of continued institutional momentum and growth.
The VPFA will provide strategic leadership across financial and administrative operations, ensuring long-term financial strength, operational effectiveness, and alignment with the institution’s mission. The role includes sustaining progress in areas such as fundraising, alumni engagement, and institutional development efforts, as the organization advances major long-range planning and comprehensive campaign initiatives.
