The next VPFA will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the financial stability of our client by overseeing various departments such as Finance, Financial Services, Human Resources, and Endowment Funds. They will need to ensure that the institution's financial operations are managed effectively to support its long-term sustainability and growth. The VPFA will work closely with the President and other senior leaders to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the University's goals and objectives.In addition to overseeing financial management and operations, the VPFA will also be tasked with managing the institution's endowment funds and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies. They will play a key role in budget planning, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, leadership experience, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
