Our client is looking for a Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Experience to lead student success initiatives and enhance support services in line with the Student Success Strategic Plan. The VPEMSE will also oversee the Strategic Enrollment Management Task Force to improve enrollment planning and address student success, recruitment, retention, and graduation through data-driven practices. It is crucial for the VPEMSE to champion these processes and maintain successful momentum in these areas.The ideal candidate will promote a sense of belonging and community for students, faculty, and staff in alignment with the Student Success Strategic Plan and University values. They will need to allocate resources and adjust organizational strategies to meet the evolving needs of students by analyzing department capacity and resources in a collaborative and data-informed manner, providing concrete recommendations for improvement.
