Description

The client is seeking a Vice President for Enrollment Management to lead a high-performing enrollment management division and advance enrollment and student success goals. Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President will guide an analytically supported, highly integrated, and continuously evaluated set of initiatives designed to improve enrollment, retention, and the overall student academic profile. The role will formulate, execute, and continuously evolve a transparent, collaborative, and forward-looking enrollment management and retention strategy aligned with the organization’s mission, goals, and evolving strategic plan.

Under the general supervision of the President, this position provides leadership for the development and implementation of a comprehensive enrollment management plan. The Vice President will oversee and coordinate across key enrollment functions—including undergraduate admissions, graduate admissions, international admissions, and financial aid—to ensure quality services for prospective, current, and former students and to support faculty, staff, and administrators. The role is responsible for developing, assessing, and applying historic trend data to strengthen enrollment and retention operations, while ensuring enrollment processes are accurate, timely, and aligned with applicable federal requirements and organizational policies and regulations.

The Vice President will develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive, long-range yet flexible strategic enrollment plan that integrates best practices in recruitment to sustain branding and support enrollment of traditional students, while also identifying opportunities to recruit non-traditional and transfer students. The strategy will support the organization’s broader mission and goals, including expanding into new markets and addressing the full student life cycle. Collaboration with the Provost and President will be expected to develop and expand retention and persistence initiatives, with the Vice President serving as a partner across university units to advance recruitment, retention, and student success.
