The Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM) will lead a high-performing team in overseeing Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid & Scholarships, Enrollment Marketing and Communications, and Pre-College Programs at our client. Working closely with the executive vice president and provost, the VPEM will develop a forward-looking enrollment strategy to sustain growth and competitiveness among top research universities. As a key member of the provost's senior leadership team, the VPEM will design and execute an innovative, data-informed enrollment strategy to drive innovation and strengthen our client's brand and reputation.The VPEM will collaborate with colleges, schools, staff, faculty, and administrative leaders to enhance the full enrollment lifecycle from prospect through graduation. By shaping a strategic enrollment plan, the VPEM will build on our client's success in a competitive environment and ensure continued growth and excellence.
