The Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM) will report directly to President Kathleen Harring and will be responsible for providing strategic leadership within a highly respected institution. They will lead a well-established enrollment operation that is both data-informed and human-centered, serving as a key member of the president's senior team. The VPEM will oversee a team of over 20 enrollment professionals, including direct reports such as the dean of admissions, director of financial aid, and dean of institutional effectiveness and analytics, to develop and implement the overall enrollment strategy for the College.As a visible and engaged campus leader, the VPEM will provide strategic direction, organizational leadership, and professional mentorship to staff within the Office of Admission and the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid.
