The Vice President of Advancement will lead a team to enhance constituent engagement and fundraising outcomes in alignment with our client's mission and strategic priorities. This includes overseeing annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, endowments, capital campaigns, alumni engagement, and more. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and forward-thinking leader with a track record of developing high-performing teams and building relationships with donors, alumni, faith communities, and business partners.The VP of Advancement will need to have a deep appreciation for our client's faith tradition and commitment to academic excellence, peace and justice, and active faith. They will be responsible for engaging donors across generations and cultures, utilizing data-informed strategies and fundraising technologies to drive decision-making and sustainable growth. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of advancement operations, including shaping fundraising priorities, guiding campaigns, and ensuring excellence in donor stewardship and communications to support our client's long-term sustainability and mission.
