Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois is seeking a Vice President for Advancement to lead its philanthropic and alumni engagement efforts during a transformative period. The VPA will be a key member of the president's senior leadership team, overseeing a 20-member advancement staff and guiding the development and execution of a compelling advancement strategy. Responsibilities include increasing philanthropic and engagement activities with prospects, donors, community leaders, and the alumni community of over 70,000 worldwide. The VPA will work collaboratively with partners across campus to cultivate major gifts, maintain a portfolio of prospects, and develop a talent management plan to attract and retain team members.The VPA will be responsible for developing a comprehensive advancement plan, implementing a comprehensive campaign, expanding the donor pipeline, and strengthening alumni engagement through targeted outreach and programming. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading advancement efforts, managing staff, and developing strategic fundraising initiatives.
