The Vice President, Facilities Optimization will lead a team in developing and implementing strategies to optimize facility performance, drive growth, and increase the value of our client's facilities management business. This role will work closely with the CEO to identify opportunities for expansion, develop frameworks for enhancing facility performance, and establish our client as the preferred operator for mid-sized arenas, recreation centers, and event venues in Canada. The Vice President will build relationships with key stakeholders such as municipalities, arena operators, private developers, and sports franchises to support portfolio expansion and ensure consistency in facility operations.The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, business development, and relationship building. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The Vice President will be responsible for driving innovation and implementing initiatives that improve facility performance, support growth, and enhance our client's reputation as a leader in the industry.
