Description

The client is recruiting a Group Vice President of Sales (F/H) with a scope covering overall commercial performance. In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of the global sales strategy, and drive key commercial targets related to revenue, margins, and profitability.

You will be responsible for expanding into new markets and customers internationally, managing multicultural sales teams (both directly and through a matrix structure), and structuring and implementing sales processes. You will also oversee negotiations for strategic contracts and ensure regular performance tracking and reporting using KPIs.

Success in the position typically requires strong expertise in business development and in leading international teams within the industrial sector. The client expects leadership, strategic capability, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to operate effectively in complex environments while collaborating closely with internal functions such as production, marketing, and finance.
