The client is seeking a Vice President, Consumer Marketing & Brand to define and lead the global consumer marketing strategy across its hospitality, retail, and experiential businesses. This role will shape how the platform is positioned, launched, and experienced by consumers worldwide, focusing on building a culturally relevant lifestyle brand platform rather than promoting properties alone.
Key responsibilities include developing the strategic brand narrative and creating launch and go-to-market playbooks that support direct-to-consumer engagement across physical and digital touchpoints. The vice president will build differentiated brand connections across hospitality, entertainment, retail, and lifestyle experiences; develop scalable marketing frameworks; strengthen CRM and consumer data capture, lifecycle marketing, and retention capabilities; and drive culturally relevant campaigns, partnerships, and storytelling initiatives to improve awareness, engagement, and commercial performance while ensuring alignment between brand positioning and the consumer experience across markets.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished brand builder with demonstrated success launching, scaling, or repositioning consumer-facing lifestyle concepts, with backgrounds that may include lifestyle, entertainment, fashion, consumer services, wellness, sports-related brands, or modern B2C businesses with strong experiential and cultural elements. The role typically requires broad 360-degree marketing capability spanning brand strategy, creative development, activations, digital marketing, CRM, and consumer engagement, along with experience operating in lean, fast-growth, or smaller-scaling environments where hands-on ownership and accountability are expected.
