This client opportunity is for a Vice President of Compensation & Benefits to lead the global function across multiple regions. The role will spearhead the strategic compensation and benefits agenda, shaping policies and programs to support organizational objectives and talent attraction and retention while maintaining an employee-focused, results-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies, overseeing the design and execution of salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits plans, and ensuring compliance with local and international compensation regulations and standards. The role will also design and implement executive compensation for senior leadership, conduct market research and benchmarking to support competitive positioning, analyze workforce data to provide insights for strategic decision-making, and collaborate with leadership to align compensation and benefits policies with broader business strategy.
The successful candidate should bring strong expertise in compensation and benefits management within a large IT services ecosystem, with proven experience developing and implementing compensation strategies that include executive compensation and benefits. In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements is required, along with solid leadership and team management capabilities, proficiency in data analysis and strategic planning, and strong communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders. Experience in the US region, and an educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, are expected.
