The Vice President, Clinical and Service Excellence at our client is responsible for developing and implementing organizational strategies to enhance partnerships, drive innovation, and address emerging trends in the child and youth mental health sector in Ontario. This role reports directly to the President and CEO, and is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing strategic leadership for clinical programs, quality improvement initiatives, and service excellence frameworks. The Vice President oversees a diverse range of clinical and operational teams across various service settings, managing a team of approximately 95 staff members.The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health services, with experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing quality improvement initiatives. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive organizational goals. The Vice President will play a critical role in shaping the future direction of our client, ensuring the organization remains responsive to the evolving needs of children and youth in Ontario's mental health system.
