Conestoga College is seeking a Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and guidance. Reporting directly to the President, the CFO will play a crucial role in shaping the College's long-term financial sustainability and strategic direction. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, financial forecasting, performance metrics, and investment strategies, while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and Ministry regulations.The CFO will also focus on integrating procurement and financial planning, aligning sourcing strategies with organizational goals and fostering collaboration between Finance and Procurement functions. Leading Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams, the CFO will promote a culture of excellence, mentorship, and accountability. Additionally, the CFO will be involved in the implementation of a new cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning software, ensuring alignment with financial strategy and successful stakeholder adoption.
