Blythedale Children's Hospital is seeking a Vice President and Chief Development Officer to lead philanthropy efforts for the hospital. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the VPCDO will provide strategic and operational leadership for all fundraising activities, including major gifts, online giving, planned giving, and events. The VPCDO will work closely with the board to implement best-practice fundraising systems and processes to improve operations and support the hospital's ambitious initiatives to transform care delivery for children.The ideal candidate will be an innovative leader who advocates for Blythedale at the state and national levels, raising awareness of development initiatives and building a broader external fundraising base. The VPCDO will focus on identifying new affiliations for the organization and shaping its strategic vision and strategies.
