Cook Children's Health Care System is seeking a Vice President, Chief Data & Analytics Officer to lead data and analytics initiatives at one of the nation's top pediatric healthcare systems. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the VP/CDAO will be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for data, analytics, and research IT. This role will focus on modernizing data engineering and advanced analytics capabilities to bridge the gap between raw data and actionable intelligence, supporting world-class research and clinical operations.The VP/CDAO will establish strong data management and governance frameworks, ensuring reliable and self-service access to trusted data organization-wide. They will lead a team of data professionals and drive the implementation of an enterprise-wide Advanced Analytics Program, deploying machine learning, predictive analytics, and artificial intelligence models to drive organizational value. Additionally, the VP/CDAO will focus on innovation and research enablement, advancing data infrastructure to support research initiatives and promoting a culture of data literacy throughout the organization.
