The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) will play a crucial role in implementing our client's academic vision by working closely with the System VP, Chief Academic Officer in a partnership focused on medical education, research, and academic program development. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the CAO will be responsible for translating our client's ambitious academic goals into operational strategies. This individual will provide executive leadership and operational oversight to advance our client's academic and research mission, as well as long-term educational strategy.The CAO will serve as the senior administrative leader within our client, collaborating with physicians and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of academic initiatives. Working in a dyad partnership with the Chief Academic Officer, the CAO will be instrumental in driving our client's academic and research agenda forward. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of translating vision into actionable plans to support our client's academic mission.
