The client seeks a strategic, mission-driven, and collaborative financial leader to serve as its next Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Reporting to the Director and Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will provide proactive, enterprise-level financial leadership during a transformational period and will help steward the client as it embarks on a next capital campaign and facilities expansion.
As a key member of the leadership team, the CFO will guide management, staff, and board members on financial strategy and will advance the client’s overall strategic and capital planning through thoughtful stewardship of the endowment and other funds. Responsibilities include overseeing core nonprofit finance and financial planning functions such as financial operations, planning, forecasting, audit management, investment oversight, debt management, and leading the finance team.
