The Provost and Vice-President, Academic at The Provost and Vice-President, Academic at the College is a key leadership position reporting directly to the President and CEO. This role involves overseeing academic planning, program development, applied research, and the integration of educational technologies. Additionally, the Provost is responsible for managing key student services such as enrolment, accessibility, counselling, athletics, and student engagement. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Provost collaborates with other leaders across the institution to advance Langara's academic mandate and ensure the success of students.The Provost plays a crucial role in providing strategic and operational oversight of the academic and student services portfolio at the College. This includes developing and renewing programs, as well as ensuring the integration of educational technologies to enhance the learning experience. The Provost works closely with the President and CEO to drive the institution's academic goals and objectives, while also fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment for students and staff.
