The Vice President, Transitional Health will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for leading operations and driving growth in a new division focused on innovative post-acute care models. This role involves developing strong partnerships with health system leaders, overseeing service agreements, and developing growth strategies aligned with broader system needs. The Vice President will also be accountable for both patient and business outcomes, requiring a deep understanding of publicly funded acute and post-acute care models.The successful candidate will lead divisional corporate functions for Transitional Health, working closely with corporate subject matter experts on budgeting, workforce planning, risk management, and financial modeling. Collaboration with governments and health authorities will be crucial for developing best practices in real time and ensuring the highest levels of care in complex clinical environments. This role is based at our client's head office in Bedford, Nova Scotia, with regular on-site presence and travel required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
