The VP, Strategy will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and play a crucial role in our client's executive leadership team, overseeing the development and execution of the organization's strategy and vision. This individual will work closely with the executive team and Board to shape our client's next strategic plan, establishing clear priorities and an actionable roadmap for the organization. The VP will also be responsible for communicating our client's strategic direction across the organization and advancing the enterprise-wide care model redesign, Exemplerie Care, to improve access, efficiency, and sustainability.In addition to leading our client's growth agenda and guiding decisions on new site development and market positioning, the VP, Strategy will also navigate external pressures such as shifts in Medicaid reimbursement and funding sources. This executive will ensure that our client remains financially sustainable while staying true to its mission and values. The VP will also strengthen and expand hospital and community partnerships to support coordinated care, broaden access, and enhance our client's presence in the communities it serves.
