Bray Construction is seeking a Vice President, Shared Services to oversee non-construction functions and support business growth. Reporting to the President, this executive will be responsible for managing Human Resources, Finance, IT Systems, and Asset Management to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment. The role requires a balance of strategic improvement and day-to-day operational excellence in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Vice President, Shared Services will integrate diverse support functions and align teams under a common vision. Working closely with senior leaders, this individual will strengthen organizational design, elevate people practices, modernize systems, and improve efficiency and accountability. By establishing strong governance, clear KPIs, and disciplined processes, the Vice President will enable construction leaders to focus on execution, client delivery, and safety, knowing that the operational backbone of the organization is performing at a high level.
