The Vice President of Revenue Cycle will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to improve financial performance and operational effectiveness at our client. They will be responsible for setting and achieving goals to enhance core performance metrics, collections processes, revenue integrity, and patient access and billing operations. The successful candidate will need to identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and drive measurable results to improve collection performance and reduce accounts receivable days. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys building teams, coaching talent, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Vice President will lead a team of approximately 327 employees and collaborate with leaders in patient financial services, health information management, managed care, and revenue integrity.
