The Vice-President, People, Finance, and Information Services at our client is a crucial leadership position reporting directly to the President. This role involves collaborating with other executives and various academic and administrative units to enhance communication, relationships, and resource alignment in line with institutional priorities. The Vice-President will provide advice to the President and Board, manage institution-wide risks, make recommendations on resource allocation, and build trust within the Kings community and governance bodies. In a time of significant change in the post-secondary sector, the Vice-President plays a key role in providing leadership across Human Resources, Finance, Physical Plant, and Information Services to support Kings' mission, academic priorities, and long-term sustainability. They are responsible for fostering a healthy workplace culture, advancing technology and information systems, and ensuring physical spaces support employee well-being, administrative effectiveness, and academic excellence.As a senior leader and member of the executive team, the Vice-President is expected to embody the university's values and leadership culture while working collaboratively with other leaders to drive institutional success. They will be accountable for institutional results and play a critical role in strengthening Kings' operational foundations and financial stewardship. The Vice-President will engage with the entire community to ensure that Human Resources, Finance, Physical Plant, and Information Services work together effectively to support the institution's goals.
