The Vice President, People, Culture + Equity will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will oversee a wide range of human resources functions including organizational development, equity and inclusion, labour relations, occupational health and safety, volunteer services, and people-related systems. This role is crucial in shaping and advancing the organization's culture, ensuring that people strategies are forward-thinking, integrated, and aligned with the mission and vision of our client.
