The Vice President, People & Culture at our client is a crucial member of the senior leadership team, reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Chief People and Culture Officer. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a people and culture strategy that promotes growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability within a manufacturing and technology environment. Leading all aspects of People & Culture, the Vice President oversees talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, organizational design, employee experience, and HR governance. By collaborating with the executive team, this role translates business priorities into actionable people initiatives while staying connected to the workforce and daily operations to support our client's growth.The Vice President will focus on enhancing talent acquisition and building a strong workforce to support the company's continued expansion. They will also work on evolving the People & Culture function as a strategic partner, strengthening foundational people practices and capabilities to meet the needs of a growing organization. The successful candidate will assist leaders through change, enhance organizational capability, and ensure that people practices align with business objectives and our client's values. This role plays a critical role in shaping the company's culture and ensuring that the People & Culture function remains proactive and aligned with the company's strategic goals.
