The Vice President of People & Culture will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including labor relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and diversity initiatives. They will work closely with the Executive Management Team, Senior Leadership Team, and the Board to ensure that people and culture are central to the organization's strategic goals and long-term success. The VP, P&C will also focus on career development and succession planning to maintain the company's status as an employer of choice in Atlantic Canada.This role is based at the Halifax Stanfield International Airport in Goffs, NS, and reports directly to the President & CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership, with experience in organizational culture, employee relations, and DEI initiatives. They will be a strategic thinker who can drive HR initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and values, while also fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
