They provide strategic leadership and business insight to the Executive team, influencing decision-making and creating conditions for employees to thrive. The VP & CHRO oversees a wide range of departments including Human Resources, Payroll, Occupational Health, Safety & Wellness, Infection Prevention and Control, People Equity, Diversity & Inclusivity, Volunteer Resources, Organizational and Talent Development, and Legal Services.This position requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, organizational development, and talent management. The VP & CHRO must be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, lead change initiatives, and drive a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the organization.
