The client is seeking a Vice President, Operations to serve as a senior operational leader translating organizational strategy into high-quality, scalable execution. Reporting to the COO, this role ensures day-to-day operations, systems, and cross-functional processes are effective, efficient, and aligned to organizational priorities. This position will help bridge strategy and execution by partnering with department leaders to drive accountability, remove barriers, and continuously improve how work is delivered across the organization.
The Vice President, Operations will lead the execution of organizational priorities by converting strategy into clear operational plans, milestones, and performance expectations. The role will establish operational rhythms, tools, and accountability mechanisms to support consistent, high-quality execution across teams, and will proactively identify and address gaps, inefficiencies, or risks. It will monitor progress against key organizational goals, ensure timely course correction when performance deviates, and may step in to support high-priority or at-risk initiatives when additional operational leadership is needed.
This role will coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives by aligning workflows, timelines, and dependencies across teams to reduce friction and improve collaboration, and by serving as a central point for operational coordination. It will also design, implement, and refine operational systems and processes to enable continuous improvement and organizational scale. The Vice President, Operations currently manages one direct report and one indirect report focused on project management.
