The Vice President, Operations will lead and oversee approximately half of our client's employees, focusing on driving growth, profitability, and success. Reporting directly to the President/Owner, the Vice President will actively manage day-to-day operations at the plant, utilizing metrics to monitor progress and ensure the company remains on track for growth and expansion. They will be responsible for executing organizational strategies, exceeding customer objectives, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring smooth and efficient production at the facility.Working closely with the Owner and senior management team, the Vice President will utilize the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) methodology to establish a unified vision, clear accountability structure, and proven processes across all operations departments. This will ensure clarity, discipline, and sustained efficiency within the organization. The Vice President will play a key role in driving our client's success by upholding core values, maintaining a focus on growth, and positioning the organization for continued success in the market.
