The Vice President, Operations will lead a team of dealership managers and staff to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience. This executive will work closely with Dealer Principals and General Managers to develop and implement strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. The Vice President, Operations will also collaborate with OEM representatives and executive leadership to ensure that all dealership locations are meeting performance targets and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, the Vice President, Operations will play a key role in preserving the entrepreneurial culture and values that have been integral to the organization's success.
