The Vice President of Therapy Services at our client will report directly to the President and CEO and will play a key role in strategic and operational planning for all therapy services. This individual will work closely with the executive leadership team to ensure seamless coordination of risk management and quality care initiatives. The VP will also be responsible for staffing and directing personnel within the therapy services department, as well as collaborating with other executive-level functions to maintain staff competency and resolve issues.In addition to overseeing therapy services, the VP will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Hospital Services to ensure a high standard of care delivery. Together, these leaders will be jointly accountable for orienting staff, resolving issues, and maintaining quality care standards. The VP will play a critical role in coordinating various aspects of risk management and will be an integral team member in driving the overall success of therapy services at our client.
