The Vice-President, Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance organization, ensuring alignment across the function, and implementing systems and partnerships necessary for scaling operations. This role requires a strategic leader who can assess business needs, foster collaboration, and align technical operations with commercial and strategic goals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for fulfilling the requirements outlined in the company's Air Operator Certificate and Approved Maintenance Organization certificate in accordance with aviation regulations.Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice-President, Maintenance will play a key role in setting the direction for maintenance operations and driving organizational capability.
