The client is seeking a Vice President - Insights to lead a team in delivering research and insights strategies that support the mission of the client and elevate its global presence. Reporting to the Chief Audience & Insights Officer, this role will involve leading a team focused on brand research, donor experience, and strategic insights to drive engagement and impact. The ideal candidate will have experience in market research, insights, or strategy roles, with a background in financial services, management consulting, or business transformation being desirable.

Key responsibilities for the role include executive leadership to align the work of multiple directors, championing the use of advanced analytics and research tools to uncover audience insights, overseeing donor experience research to optimize engagement, and fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team. The Vice President will also collaborate with senior leaders across Marketing, Development, and Operations to embed insights into strategic planning and decision-making, as well as manage research vendors and agency partners. Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data for senior executives are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in market research, insights, or strategy roles, with at least 5 years of experience managing teams. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, as well as leadership skills in coaching, performance management, and team engagement, are necessary for success in this role. The Vice President - Insights will play a key role in shaping the future of the client's nonprofit brand and driving impactful strategies to support its mission.
