The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and operations of our client, including the Licensed Home Care Services Agency. They will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies that support growth, operational excellence, and service innovation. Building strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners will be crucial, as well as fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. The successful candidate will have significant leadership experience in private-pay home care or related services, along with expertise in operations, finance, and business development.The Vice President will lead a dedicated team while advancing our client's mission, vision, and values. They will work closely with the CEO, senior leadership team, and Board of Directors to advance strategic priorities and position our client for continued success.
