The Vice President, Global Sales will be responsible for leading a team of 100 employees across various sales departments, including Reservations, Group Sales, Sales Managers, and Sales Operations. This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and is a key member of the senior leadership team. The Vice President will also oversee sales efforts in global markets and work closely with partners such as travel agents to drive revenue for the organization.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, preferably in a global setting. They should have a strong track record of managing large sales teams and driving revenue growth through various channels, including partnerships with travel agents. The Vice President, Global Sales will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, as well as providing support, training, and enablement to the sales teams to ensure their success.
